- Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and sweet Italian sausage over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned. Add minced garlic and spaghetti sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, 2 cups mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until creamy.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce in the casserole dish, layer uncooked lasagna noodles, half of the cheese mixture, more meat sauce; repeat, ending with meat sauce and topping with mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to set the layers.
