  • 12 noodles Uncooked Lasagna Noodles No need to pre-cook.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and sweet Italian sausage over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned. Add minced garlic and spaghetti sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, 2 cups mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until creamy.
  4. Spread a layer of meat sauce in the casserole dish, layer uncooked lasagna noodles, half of the cheese mixture, more meat sauce; repeat, ending with meat sauce and topping with mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to set the layers.
