Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium-sized jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, and milk. Add poppy seeds, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and protein powder. Stir vigorously for about 30 seconds until creamy.
  2. Cover the jar or bowl tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. The next morning, stir the oats to re-incorporate ingredients. If too thick, add a splash of milk. Spoon into a bowl or enjoy directly from the jar, topping with fresh blueberries.
