  2. Whip the egg whites in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until frothy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually drizzle in the honey while beating on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Gently spoon the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing it out to minimize air pockets.
  5. Place the bundt pan inside a 9x13 baking pan and pour hot water into the outer pan until it’s half an inch deep.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn off the oven but leave the cake inside for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. After cooling, carefully remove the bundt pan from the water bath and let it rest for about 10 minutes before flipping onto a wire rack.
