- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 6-cup bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- Whip the egg whites in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until frothy, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually drizzle in the honey while beating on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
- Gently spoon the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing it out to minimize air pockets.
- Place the bundt pan inside a 9x13 baking pan and pour hot water into the outer pan until it’s half an inch deep.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then turn off the oven but leave the cake inside for an additional 30 minutes.
- After cooling, carefully remove the bundt pan from the water bath and let it rest for about 10 minutes before flipping onto a wire rack.
