Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, folding gently until just mixed. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil.
  5. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
