  • 2 large Eggs Acts as a binder for the breadcrumbs, ensuring a crispy coating.
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Delivers a crunchier texture compared to regular breadcrumbs.
  • Vegetable Oil For frying, maintain the oil at 350°F (175°C) for best results.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste, enhances the flavor of the breading.

  • Shallow Bowls
  • whisk

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by gently patting the burrata dry with paper towels, removing excess moisture.
  2. Arrange three shallow bowls in a line: one for seasoned all-purpose flour, a second for the beaten eggs, and a third for panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Take each ball of burrata and coat it in the seasoned flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and roll it in the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. In a large frying pan, pour in 1-2 inches of vegetable oil and heat it over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully add the breaded burrata balls to the hot oil, frying for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. While the burrata fries, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.
  7. Once the fried burrata is crispy and golden, remove it from the oil, drain it on a paper towel-lined plate, and serve.
