- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out biscuit dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough round. Seal tightly.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top while the butter is still wet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with dipping sauces.
