  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, minced garlic, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Pour in milk, add chopped parsley, dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a prepared loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet. Form a smooth, evenly shaped loaf about 2 inches tall.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the loaf in the center and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. In the last 10 minutes, brush the top with garlic butter or marinara sauce.
  5. Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
