  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil Olive oil also works well.
  • 1/2 cup Boiling Water To activate the cornstarch.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 135°C (275°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine mixed seeds, cornstarch, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add canola oil and boiling water, then stir until fully combined. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the seed mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even, thin layer. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 90 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  5. Let cool on a wire rack, then break or cut into pieces.
