- Combine mixed seeds, cornstarch, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add canola oil and boiling water, then stir until fully combined. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the seed mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even, thin layer. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
