- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with unsalted butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until glossy.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold until just combined to keep brownies fudgy.
- Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

- Immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows over the brownies after removing them from the oven. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
