  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Extra virgin for grilling
  • to taste teaspoon Rock Salt For seasoning
For the Garlic-Chili Mixture
  • 3 cloves Garlic Finely chopped
  • 1 whole Red Chili Adjust to spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Roughly chopped for garnish
For the Finishing Touch
  • 0.25 whole Lemon Juice Juice of a quarter lemon

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Clean the fresh squid tubes under cold water, pat them dry, and make shallow diagonal cuts on top.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over high heat and add the prepared squid, cooking for about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the grilled squid, reduce heat, and in the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté garlic and red chili until aromatic.
  4. Return the squid to the pan and toss in the garlic-chili mixture for 20-30 seconds, then squeeze lemon juice over and serve.
