Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine fresh blueberries, honey, and lemon juice. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until soft.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until blended.
  3. Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into the cavities of a silicone mold, filling each cavity halfway.
  4. Add a dollop of blueberry puree to the center of each yogurt-filled cavity.
  5. Using a toothpick or skewer, gently swirl the blueberry puree into the yogurt.
  6. Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the blueberry swirls in each cavity.
  7. Lightly swirl the surface of the yogurt with a toothpick if desired.
  8. Carefully transfer the filled mold into the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  9. Once solid, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy!
