Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake the tater tots for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper and scramble in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fluffy.
  4. Once the tater tots are crispy, sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, layer crumbled beef bacon and scrambled eggs on top of the cheesy tater tots.
  6. Add additional salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
