  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cooked lentils, 1 ripe mashed avocado, and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well until creamy.
  2. Lay a wrap flat on a clean surface and layer with 1/4 cup of baby spinach leaves.
  3. Place thinly sliced cucumber, diced tomato, and finely chopped red onion over the spinach layer.
