Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a kettle. Once it's at a rolling boil, remove from heat and steep your tea for 5-7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the tea bag or strain the loose leaves. Allow the tea to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the dragonfruit in half and scoop the pulp into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Strain the blended dragonfruit through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea and dragonfruit purée. Add honey or agave syrup to taste and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
