  • 1 medium Dragonfruit Can substitute with kiwi or watermelon.
  • 4 cups Tea Green or herbal teas work well.
Sweetening and Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener Honey or agave syrup, to taste.
  • 1 slice Lemon Optional for a zesty kick.
  • a few leaves Mint Fresh mint leaves for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a kettle. Once it's at a rolling boil, remove from heat and steep your tea for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Carefully remove the tea bag or strain the loose leaves. Allow the tea to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the dragonfruit in half and scoop the pulp into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Strain the blended dragonfruit through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
  5. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea and dragonfruit purée. Add honey or agave syrup to taste and stir well.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
