  • 4 cups Corn Kernels Fresh, frozen, or drained canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup can be used as an alternative
For Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Salt Consider using sea salt or kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Omit for a milder flavor

Instructions
  1. Melt the Butter: Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Allow the butter to melt fully for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Sauté the Corn: Once melted, add 4 cups of corn kernels and sauté for 5-6 minutes until tender.
  3. Add Sweetness and Seasoning: Pour in 2 tablespoons of honey and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Reduce heat to medium-low and add ½ cup of heavy cream and 4 ounces of cream cheese. Stir for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve with Flair: Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
