  • ½ cup Fresh Lime Juice about 4-5 limes
  • 4 cups Coconut Water

  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup adjust to taste

For Serving
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • ½ cup Fresh Mint Leaves optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a blender, combine chopped cucumbers and freshly squeezed lime juice, blending on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  2. Using a fine mesh sieve, place it over a large pitcher. Pour the blended mixture into the sieve, pressing down with a spoon to extract maximum juice.
  3. Add coconut water, honey or agave syrup, and a pinch of sea salt to the strained juice in the pitcher. Stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
  4. Taste the beverage and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more honey or agave syrup to your liking.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and meld flavors.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled agua fresca over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
