Cheesecake Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.

- Turn off the oven and let cheesecake sit inside for 1 hour. Cool at room temperature for another hour.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
