  • 1 cup Roasted Pistachios coarsely chopped

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs or almond flour for gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup Butter unsalted, melted

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with Greek yogurt and granulated sugar until smooth. Gradually blend in honey and add eggs one at a time.
  5. Fold in coarsely chopped roasted pistachios into the creamy mixture.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth it out. Bake for 30 minutes until the edges are set.
  7. Allow it to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Once the bars are set, slice into squares and enjoy.
