Step‑By‑Step Instructions for Baileys Cheesecake Balls
  1. Crush the chocolate-covered butter cookies into fine crumbs and mix with Irish Cream Liqueur.
  2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and chill in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate using the same technique.
  7. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over coated balls and allow to set for at least 30 minutes.
