Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the ladyfingers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Gradually mix in cold brew coffee until smooth.
  3. Prepare a soaking mixture of coffee and coffee liqueur. Dip ladyfingers quickly, layer over filling, and top with remaining cheesecake mixture.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.
  5. Release the sides of the pan, dust with cocoa powder, slice, and serve chilled with optional fresh berries or whipped cream.
