  1. Prepare the Fries: Cook your waffle fries according to package instructions or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  2. Make the Lemon Herb Sauce: Whisk together olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
