  • 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke Or smoked sea salt as substitute

  • 8 slices Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with pepper jack or vegan cheese

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and brown sugar until fully combined.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the beef broth and any desired dry spices. Mix gently.
  3. Shape the mixture into slider-sized patties and smoke or grill at 225°F until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Let the patties rest for five minutes, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Toss the shredded beef with the prepared sauce until well coated.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing beef on the bottom bun, adding cheese, coleslaw, and pickles, then close with the top bun.
