Step-by-Step Instructions for S'mores Cookie Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Cream together for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
