- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, fine sea salt, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Pour in the unsweetened plant milk and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces, roll each into a rope about 7-8 inches long, tie them into knots and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the knots for 13-15 minutes until light golden.
- Melt the vegan butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the nutritional yeast, fresh parsley, garlic powder, and additional salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
