  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder Can also use carob powder as a caffeine-free alternative
For the Glaze (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips Melt with a splash of almond milk for glaze

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently fold together.
  5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag and fill each donut cavity about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. For the glaze, melt dark chocolate chips with almond milk in the microwave and dip the donuts in it.
