Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter, add uncooked rice, tomatoes, and chicken stock, then stir.
- Sprinkle Knorr chicken bouillon and half of the Italian seasoning over the rice, toss gently with a fork.
- Melt butter and pour it over the rice, then top with grated Parmesan cheese without mixing.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side up on the cheese layer, season with remaining Italian seasoning and paprika.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Then increase the temperature to 375°F (190°C), remove foil, and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
