Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

  4. Rub the herb mixture generously over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast the chicken thighs for 40–45 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken thighs rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
