- Pour the cold heavy cream into a stand mixer bowl. Beat on medium-high speed for about 3–5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- In the same bowl, combine the full-fat cream cheese and powdered sweetener. Mix on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice and mix until smooth. Gently fold one-third of the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- Carefully add the rest of the whipped cream, folding in until fully integrated.
- Portion the mousse into serving bowls or jars. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
