  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F to 450°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving them.
  5. Gently flip the salmon fillets and grill for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
