Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the frozen French fries package, typically around 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the frozen fries with a drizzle of olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over them. Return to the oven for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until melted.
  5. While the cheese melts, chop your desired toppings, including ground beef, jalapeños, black beans, corn, and tomatoes.
  6. Transfer the cheese-loaded fries to a serving platter, layering on the toppings.
  7. Drizzle sour cream and guacamole over the top and garnish with cilantro and green onions.
  8. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
