Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into bite-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs bake, heat the marinara sauce in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, combine them with the sauce, stirring gently to coat.
  7. Transfer the meatball and sauce mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  9. Bake again for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  10. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
