  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced
  • 1 small Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki Sauce Ensure gluten-free if necessary
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika; sauté for additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Prepare quinoa or rice according to package instructions.
  6. Layer cooked quinoa or rice in serving bowls.
  7. Top quinoa with the turkey mixture.
  8. Add halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  9. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and add Kalamata olives on top.
  10. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the bowls.
  11. Serve warm.
