Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or chicken thighs for richer taste
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese fresh mozzarella is best
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese can substitute with more mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Mix homemade blend is preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic as preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder substitute with finely chopped onions
For Cooking
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper season to personal taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can substitute with cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Stuff the cheese mixture into each chicken pocket and secure with toothpicks. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from oven, discard toothpicks, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
