  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and halve larger ones for even cooking.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the glaze until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, adding cranberries halfway through.
  6. Let them cool slightly before drizzling any remaining glaze over the sprouts.
