Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Spoon the mixture into molds and pack it down well. Freeze for 1 hour until firm.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Dip frozen bites into melted chocolate, coating them evenly. Sprinkle sea salt if desired.
  5. Freeze the coated bites for an additional 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  6. Transfer bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 1-2 months.
