Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Rinse the asparagus spears under cold water, then dry them thoroughly. Trim off the woody ends.
  3. Take two or three asparagus spears and gently bundle them together.
  4. Slice feta cheese into thin pieces and place on each bundle.
  5. Wrap each asparagus bundle with a slice of prosciutto.
  6. Arrange the bundles on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes until prosciutto is golden brown and crispy.
  8. In a skillet, toast pistachios with thyme and red pepper flakes for about 3-4 minutes.
