Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth. Add sour cream and chill the filling.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease doughnut pans.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, fine sea salt, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and ground cloves.
  4. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, neutral oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
