  1. Begin by squeezing 3 to 4 medium oranges until you have 1 cup of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture.
  2. In a blender, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 cup of creamy coconut milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract along with your choice of sweetener, either simple syrup or honey. Add the juice of half a lime. Blend well.
  3. Add a generous handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend on high for about 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  4. Taste your blended mixture for sweetness and acidity. Adjust sweetness with more sweetener if desired and blend again briefly.
