  • 4 cups Boiling Water
For the Sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Honey substitute with agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

  • 1 each Lemon and Orange Slices
  • 1 bunch Mint Sprigs

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and steep 4 bags of Earl Grey tea for 4–5 minutes.
  2. While the tea is warm, add honey to taste and stir until dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  3. Once cooled, pour in 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir to combine. Adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
  4. Prepare tall glasses filled with ice cubes and pour the lemonade mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with lemon and orange slices, and add a mint sprig for aroma.
  6. For a fizzy twist, add a splash of club soda before serving.
