Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 4 Earl Grey tea bags. Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Stir in honey to taste while the tea is still warm. Let the sweetened tea cool to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Measure out 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and pour it into the tea. Stir well and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours for the best flavor.
  5. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and carefully pour the chilled lemonade over the ice.
  6. Garnish with lemon and orange slices and a sprig of mint. Optionally, add club soda right before serving.
