Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, remove from heat, and add 12 black tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags and stir in 1 cup of sugar until dissolved.
  2. Rinse and hull 3 cups of fresh strawberries. Blend the strawberries with 1 cup of cold water until smooth. Optionally strain through a fine sieve.
  3. Combine the strawberry puree with the sweetened black tea concentrate in a pitcher. Add 3 cups of cold water and stir until mixed well.
  4. Let the mixture cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve the iced tea over ice cubes, garnish with fresh strawberry slices and mint. Enjoy!
