  • 6-8 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves choose for best flavor infusion
  • 6 oz Fresh Strawberries frozen strawberries can be used
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed enhances taste
For the Fizz
  • 1 cup Sprite or Lemon-Lime Soda any lemon-lime soda works
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes use clear, fresh ice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a tall glass, place 6-8 fresh mint leaves along with quartered strawberries. Muddle gently for about 15-20 seconds.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the muddled mixture and stir gently for around 10 seconds.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes until it is about two-thirds full.
  4. Pour approximately half a cup of Sprite or your favorite lemon-lime soda over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime. Serve immediately.
