Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut a ripe, seedless watermelon into chunks and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the blended watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  3. Add fresh lime juice and 2 cups of crushed ice to the watermelon juice.
  4. Bruise fresh mint leaves and add them to the pitcher, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in chilled sparkling water and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with mint leaves or watermelon slices.
