  • 1 tablespoon rosehip
  • 1 teaspoon licorice root or honey as substitute

Method
 

Black Tea Blend
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons of strong black tea and steep for 5-7 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon of high-quality ginseng and 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, brewing together for an additional minute.
Green/White Tea Blend
  1. In another pot, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle simmer. Add 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf green or white tea along with 1 tablespoon of fresh peppermint leaves and the juice of half a fresh lemon. Brew for 3-5 minutes before straining.
Herbal/Fusion Tea Blend
  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a separate saucepan. Add 1 tablespoon each of yerba mate, dried hibiscus flowers, rosehip, and 1 teaspoon of licorice root. Stir and steep for 7-10 minutes.
Serving
  1. Carefully strain each tea blend into separate mugs. Customize further with honey or additional lemon. Savor the unique scents and colors before sipping.
