Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and onion, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant. Stir in the soy sauce, bubbling for about 5 seconds.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of water and the oyster sauce to the hot pan, then add the cauliflower florets. Stir to coat the cauliflower. Cover and cook for about 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  3. Remove the lid, gently stir the cauliflower. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until lightly brown. Sprinkle in the cumin powder and mix well before serving.
