  1. Heat the skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Sauté the finely chopped onion for 3-4 minutes or until soft and translucent.

  4. Crumble in ground turkey and cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked through.
  5. Slice zucchinis into half-moons, then add them to the skillet and stir gently.
  6. Cook the zucchini mixture for around 4-5 minutes until slightly tender.
  7. Sprinkle in dried oregano, salt, and black pepper; add crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
  8. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
