- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the chicken in a baking dish, surrounding it with halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
