  2. Add the bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place them skin-side up in a greased baking dish, pouring any remaining marinade over the top.
