- Husk the corn and remove silk. Wrap the corn in a damp paper towel and place in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 4 to 7 minutes, checking for tenderness.
- In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt. Chop fresh herbs and add to the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and optional garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
- After microwaving, unwrap the corn and let it cool slightly. Place corn on a plate and drizzle with the herbed yogurt sauce. Garnish with extra herbs if desired.
