  • 2 cups Red Potatoes diced
For the Flavor
  • 1 medium Onions diced, caramelized
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Colby Jack or pepper jack recommended
  • 1/2 cup Mayo adjust for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup low-sugar recommended
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Dijon can elevate the flavor
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
For Optional Crunch
  • 1/2 cup Pickles or substitute cucumbers
  • 2 cups Lettuce any leafy green can work

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Dice the red potatoes and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 16-18 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat and sauté diced onions for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Increase heat and add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl to make the sauce.
  5. Layer crispy potatoes, beef, caramelized onions, and cheese in bowls, then drizzle with sauce and add optional toppings.
